We are seeking a detail-oriented Test Analyst to join our team. The ideal applicant will be responsible for conducting tests to ensure that the software runs smoothly & meets specified quality standards.

Responsibilities
Test Planning & Execution: Develop effective strategies, execute tests & analyse results
Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation
Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality
Test Automation: Design, develop, & execute automation scripts using open source or commercial tools
Regression Testing: Conduct post-release/post-implementation testing
Continuous Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives & enhancement of the quality processes

Requirements and skills
Proven experience as a Test Analyst or similar role
Knowledge of at least one QA tool
Familiarity with Agile frameworks & regression testing
Ability to document & troubleshoot errors
Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
